About

Rajeev Verma turns ordinary things into places to pause.

His public writing at rajeevverma.org is full of Hindi laghu kathas and reflective pieces about honesty, self-respect, kindness, relationships, gratitude, and the small choices that shape a life.

His art carries that same temperament. The mandalas are patient and meditative; the portraits, oils, decorative works, and spiritual themes feel rooted in observation rather than display.

Kala Nidhi is his open studio in Dehradun: a place to view art, browse books, sit for a conversation, learn slowly, and begin the day with laughter therapy, kadha, and chai.

Rajeev Verma is also a hobbyist cook and the person behind HealthyFeasting on YouTube. That part of his life will come into Kala Nidhi as simple morning offerings: kadhas, chai, seasonal home-style preparations, and workshop refreshments.

This is not being positioned as a restaurant or a large menu. It is a personal, small-batch extension of the studio: food and drink as warmth, not noise.
